Ticket Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket purchase price (excluding any third-party booking or processing fees where applicable).

Event Rescheduling

If an event is rescheduled, all tickets will remain valid for the new date.
If a ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled event, a refund request may be submitted within 7 days of the new event date announcement.

Artist or Line-Up Changes

Event line-ups, artists, schedules, and venues are subject to change without notice. Such changes do not qualify for refunds.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, customers must contact the official ticketing provider or event organizer with:

• Full name
• Booking reference number
• Proof of purchase

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Non-Attendance

Refunds will not be issued for failure to attend the event, late arrival, change of mind, travel disruptions, weather conditions, or personal circumstances outside the organizer’s control.

Fraudulent or Unauthorized Purchases

Tickets purchased through unauthorized resellers or fraudulent channels will not be eligible for refunds or entry.

Event Safety & Conduct

The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for inappropriate or unsafe behaviour without refund.

By purchasing a ticket, attendees agree to these terms and conditions.
